Pricing depends on the scope, materials and conditions of the job. Tell me what you need, and we’ll agree on the price before work begins.
Can I bundle several small repairs?
Absolutely. Send your whole punch list so we can discuss taking care of several items in one visit.
Do I need to supply materials?
We can discuss who supplies what when putting together the quote. Material purchases and any agreed deposits will be explained before starting.
What if my project is not listed?
Ask anyway. I’ll review the scope and let you know whether it’s a fit. Work requiring a licensed trade should be performed by an appropriately licensed professional.
